About the Role
CCT is looking for a dynamic, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and optimizing our equipment to ensure seamless production operations. You'll handle preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modifications on plant machinery, ensuring equipment is always operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Understand and work with PLCs, controls, meters, and sensor hardware.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and P&ID diagrams.
- Identify and recommend equipment improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.
- Install electrical, electronic, and mechanical components in equipment and machinery.
- Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Conduct repairs on broken, unsafe, or inoperable equipment, following safety and operational guidelines.
- Ensure all training, certifications, and educational requirements are up-to-date.
- Perform preventative maintenance and update PM systems.
- Complete service requests in a timely manner and respond to after-hours emergency calls on rotation.
- Uphold all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Work collaboratively within the department and with other teams to meet site and company goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all company and environmental safety policies.
- High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Manufacturing Technician.
- Strong knowledge of AB/Rockwell Automation programming software, including RSLogix 500/5000, FactoryTalk View Studio, and PanelBuilder32.
- Experience with AC/DC circuits, single and three-phase wiring, motor starters, relays, and PLCs.
- Working knowledge of Omron Sysmac Studio programming software.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical schematics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a structured environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Full-time position based in our production facility (100% on-site).
- Requires physical ability to stand, carry, lift (75+ pounds), and work in high-noise, temperature-variable environments.
