Trulla is SpendMend's Pharmacy-focused software solution committed to enabling health systems to save time and money through their pharmacy procurement.

  

We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee the implementations of Trulla software solutions for our clients. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for sales, contracting, application deployment which includes integrations, and the full software development life cycle.

This position requires knowledge of health system pharmacy, experience working with pharmacy leadership, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships of trust with clients. You must conduct oneself in a professional manner representing SpendMend Pharmacy, provide quality service to assigned clients by functioning as their primary contact, and support them when a need arises. You will work independently, manage your time appropriately, and are expected to cross sell other services when the opportunity arises.

  • Onboard new clients by leading kickoff calls and weekly meetings throughout implementation
  • Manage tasks related to the client implementations and associated integrations for accountability
  • Monitor project progress, ensure outcomes are delivered, and expectations are met
  • Provide routine updates to vendors, clients, and both the integration and development teams
  • Schedule and facilitate routine client check-ins following implementation
  • Identify enhancements and prioritize requests by understanding client’s workflows and processes
  • Communicate with Product Manager as necessary to optimize software solutions for the clients
  • Test software as requested to ensure responsiveness and it works as designed
  • Work to improve software by troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and  functionality issues 
  • Solve issues that arise by identifying content experts and coordinating meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience serving as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience working in a health system inpatient pharmacy
  • In-depth understanding of the automation, software, and other solutions used by pharmacy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable communicating with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy leadership
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time appropriately
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook

Preferred

  • Proven experience working with a software development team
  • Knowledge and understanding of the 340B Program 
  • Understand the EDI document types utilized in healthcare
  • Knowledge of the purpose of Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services
