We are seeking a Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Jackson, MS. In this role you will process subcontractor material purchase order requests and invoices for payment, process new job requests and daily timecards as well as manage ad-hoc reporting and tracking.

The Role
- Processes subcontractor material purchase order requests
- Processes subcontractor material invoices for payment
- Processes new job requests
- Processes daily timecards
- Manages ad-hoc reporting and tracking
- Prepares weekly invoice status tracking and reporting, as well as weekly job updating from client portal to internal system
- Maintains and organizes project files
- Prepares project invoices to include any special client billing requirements and meets all client billing deadlines; reviewing as-built map quantities to billing requests
- Follows up on client billing issues until payment is issued
- Communicates with Clients, Executive management, Project Managers and subcontractors as needed
- Maintains the accuracy and integrity of project information and data contained in the project database, regularly updating the databases making modifications to ensure the information captured at the project level is accurate, completes and meets contract requirements
- Reconciles billing inconsistencies or issues as necessary in order to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances; enters any require change orders into system and processes credit memos
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous telecommunications experience required
- Basic understanding of a telecom as-built construction maps
- Basic understanding of job costing, AP, AR, and timecards
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and ability to learn new software efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, free from suspensions or revocations
