Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the financial technology industry, specializing in SaaS modeling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with a particular focus on SaaS metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), customer churn rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratios.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Biz2X is disrupting the small business lending marketplace with our rapidly growing embedded finance platform. Our cutting-edge loan origination technology leverages financial data for rapid financing, and enables software partners to expand access to capital in an accessible way to generate new revenue, and improve client retention.
· We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven strategic partnership lead to develop new partner relationships that drive value in this emerging segment. You will help map and spearhead outreach to the eco-system of software partners across healthcare, payments, invoice automation, accounting, and payroll verticals for strategic partnerships that generate meaningful revenue growth.
· The ideal candidate has a successful track record in strategic partnerships/business development in the technology space with a strategic mindset and superior relationship building skills.
What You’ll Do
· Identify, prospect, and close new strategic and channel partnerships for referral and embedded finance
· Establish a business cadence, build and execute initiatives and manage the opportunity pipeline
· Broker internal resources, tools, and resources required for integrated technology partners
· Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and other teams to grow our eco-system
· Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional teams to inform product roadmap and prioritization
· Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners to position Biz2X- as a favored company to partner by uncovering each partners goals, and successfully navigating the org
· Successful negotiate legal agreements that formalize the relationship and partnership structure
· 5+ years of experience working for technology or SaaS provider preferably in the financial services or Fintech space
· Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills required
· Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects
· Experience leading complex, senior level negotiations and communicating with leadership
· Ability to develop relationships internally and externally, identify and influence key stakeholders
· Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience negotiating and redlining non-standard, multi-faceted contracts
· Candidates will have a strong “roll up your sleeves” mindset with a whatever it takes mentality
