Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is currently seeking to hire part and/or full-time Cafe/Deli Clerks to work in our onsite restaurant and deli, Hop Harvest & Vine. The hours of operation for this part of our business are 8a-2p Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (so no evening service) and 8a-9p Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We need candidates who have good evening and weekend availability. If interested in full-time employment, we have a need for both daytime and evening availability, including weekends.  

Our Cafe/Deli clerks learn to work all front of house operations for our onsite restaurant and deli, Hop Harvest & Vine. Cross training will occur, with duties of this role including, but not limited to: cashiering, light bartending, juice and smoothie bar operations, barista and deli counter work.

• Must be at least 18 years old (alcohol service & deli slicers)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to sweep, mop, and clean the floors
• Constant standing, frequent bending, stooping, lifting, walking
• Must be able to handle working in varying temperature conditions (walk in coolers, freezers, outdoors as needed).
