Position: Lighting Project Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lighting Project Manager who will work alongside our sales consultants, assisting in the delivery of creative and technical design solutions to our challenging projects. You will work on inspiring and challenging projects in collaboration with many of the world’s leading architects, contractor/’s and organizations
Responsibilities:
- Provide a suitable level of technical lighting and creative lighting design to projects for internal and client review
- Prepare complete project lighting and control plans
- Communicate effectively between multiple departments and the customer to create custom product quotes, renderings and layouts.
- Prepare concept and preliminary lighting and control solutions for commercial and residential projects
- Provide professional lighting layouts, sections and details
- Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the client are achieved
- Lead project management solutions process development and develop pipeline for inside and outside sales team
- Manage “Smart Home” Design process and job flow
- Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Lighting or a related field such as architecture, design or engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Professional experience in the lighting design industry
- Strong understanding of perspective and 3D modeling
- Experience with artificial lighting and daylight design and analysis
- Product knowledge of lighting fixtures, structural lighting systems and lighting control devices.
- General design, calculation, specification, controls etc.
- Software skills to include: CAD, 3D Studio Max, AGI, Photoshop, In-Design, Sketch-up, IES, Radiance and Revit
