Requirements
Must have valid Oklahoma LPN license in good standing.
License/Certification:
- LVN (Preferred)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
