Description
We are seeking Commercial Service Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a journeyman commercial electrician, skilled in retail electrical repair, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Journeyman Electrician experience consisting of repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of various commercial electrical components
- Skilled at terminating and pulling wires into control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switchgear, receptacles, switches and/or raceways
- Proficient troubleshooting, testing, and repairing emergency generators, automatic transfer switches and/or power distribution systems
- Knowledge and experience with refrigeration control wiring, Ansul Systems or HVAC motor control wiring is desired
- Independently work-off blueprints, sketches, or schematic drawings
- Provide informative customer service regarding the nature of the electrical repair
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with department policies
- Submit service paperwork and reports as required by the department policies
- Available to work a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular work schedule
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- 5 or more years of commercial electrical experience in commercial electrical service or construction
- A valid driver license with an insurable driving record consisting of no more than two points on a driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Proficient English communication skills required to write reports and emails
- Must be able to work according to safety guidelines, CALOSHA, and workplace policies

Salary Description
$28 to $35 per hour (DOE)
