The Role
- Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
- Dispatch service requests to available technicians; act as liaison between technician and customer service team members
- Efficient call handling and support to assist in driving positive field productivity
- Key and maintain accurate customer service history and service call records
- Assist daily with requesting locates as needed
- Access, input and manage data in CSG, WFX, and ACSR, PenguinData
- Close work orders using proper solution and clear codes
- Ad hoc reporting as requested
- Support administrative functions of the office
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ year(s) of administrative support, transportation administration, office support or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus
- Permitting experience a plus
- Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsets
- Valid form driver's license with satisfactory driving record (free from suspensions or revocations)
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
