Role Description:
As Partner Success Manager at Kigo, you'll drive partner success and company growth by delivering high-impact loyalty experiences and advertising campaigns. You'll blend customer obsession with technical acumen and strategic thinking skills to foster strong relationships, implement and execute effective solutions, and expand our loyalty media network. Success demands clear communication, active listening, and the ability to navigate complex problems with innovative solutions. You must also be comfortable collaborating cross functionally with colleagues on Kigo’s merchant advertising team, sales team, and development team. In our fast-paced environment, you'll tackle ambiguity with confidence, consistently exceeding expectations to fuel Kigo's growth in the dynamic loyalty marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Kigo partner accounts, managing all aspects of the partner relationship with a customer-obsessed approach
- Collaborate with Kigo’s sales, advertising, and development teams to deliver the optimal solution to our partners.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of Kigo's loyalty wallet solutions, ensuring smooth integration with client systems
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, practicing active listening to understand and address client needs
- Proactively manage project status, timelines, and deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding partner expectations
- Monitor and report program performance and results
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling additional services
- Gather and communicate partner feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Ensure compliance with data sharing agreements and privacy regulations in partner implementations
- Generate and present regular reports on account performance and user engagement
- Provide training and support to partners on Kigo's platform and features
- Envision and propose innovative solutions to complex partners problems, especially in ambiguous situations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or fintech
- Demonstrated customer obsession, empathy, and exceptional active listening skills
- Passion for learning and insatiable curiosity about technology, loyalty programs, and client industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, digital wallets, and mobile payment technologies
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful product implementations
- Ability to envision simple, innovative solutions to complex problems in highly ambiguous situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and data privacy regulations
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends
- Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
