WHAT YOU'LL DO

In the Sr. Recruiter role, you will independently manage the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attraction to interviewing, hiring and onboarding great employees. You will manage the search and selection process for mid-executive level positions but will be expected to recruit for any role within Coastal when needed. You will create and execute traditional and innovative recruiting strategies while proactively building a strong talent pipeline for current and future talent needs. Your expertise for finding and recruiting top talent will positively impact retention, culture and growth of the company.

Requirements

HOW YOU'LL DO IT

· Partner closely with Hiring Managers and leaders to identify, engage and hire market-leading top talent with a focus on mid-executive level roles across all business units. Will recruit for all roles within Coastal as needed.

· Independently lead all aspects of the hiring lifecycle to include search/market intelligence, recruiting strategy, posting job ads, sourcing & identification of talent communities, candidate cultivation, client management and offer negotiations through hire for all active roles. 

· Partner with the Head of Talent Strategy to develop and incorporate proactive recruitment strategies based on the organization’s future talent and diversity needs to ensure a vast pipeline and continuous flow of highly qualified candidates.

· Actively consult with Hiring Managers and remain compliant on company hiring guidelines, procedures, interviewing and best practices as well as employment laws that impact hiring.

· Use data to build your reputation as a trusted consultant and advisor, to inform recruiting strategies and ensure KPIs are met.

· Provide an amazing candidate, referral, referring employee, Hiring Manager and interviewer experience through high-touch, continuous, timely communication and relationships built on trust.

· Successfully facilitate and run candidate calibration activities, interview debrief process and creation & execution of skills assessments or projects relevant to the selection of top talent. 

· Ensure inclusion, equity and diversity are a focus throughout the entire recruiting and hiring process.

· Apply pre-closing and negotiation techniques to ensure successful offer acceptance rate.

· Contribute to the entire Recruitment function by coaching and mentoring teammates and seeking out continuous learning opportunities. 

· Stay current on the market landscape of emerging technology that is disrupting the talent acquisition lifecycle and identify opportunities for innovation. 

· Partner with the Head of Talent Strategy to support other hiring related projects and initiatives through participation in project teams, initiative implementation and initiative maintenance.

· Support business partners with creation of onboarding plans as needed to ensure a successful new hire experience and to escalate a new hire's ability to scale into their new role.

· Develop and maintain activity reports highlighting search progress and status of all open positions.

· Effectively share the compelling vision of Coastal's value proposition and mission, promoting Coastal as an employer of choice.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  

  • 10+ years of previous in-house corporate Recruitment experience to include recruitment for executive level roles.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing on recruitment strategies through job postings and advertisements, social media sites, job boards, networking, industry groups, career fairs, etc. 
  • SHRM, AIHR, HCI or other industry related certifications are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience consulting on employment laws that impact hiring to include Civil Rights Act (Title VII), EEOC, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pay Transparency Laws, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
  • Experience recruiting and hiring for a multi-state organization with remote, hybrid and on-site workforce structures. 
  • Experience training and consulting on different interviewing techniques to include behavioral and scenario-based interviewing or comparable methodologies. 
  • Demonstrated experience streamlining and automating hiring processes through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or other hiring platforms.
  • Experience recruiting candidates requiring sponsorship or holding work visas. Strong understanding of visa types, sponsorship process and related legal requirements. 
  • Experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter platform is required.
  • Financial services experience and/or experience in a public company within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
  • Paylocity experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products to include Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) into recruitment practices will help make you successful in this role.

Salary Description
$85,571.83 - $106,965.09 annually
