Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Reports to: Property Manager 

Property Details:  R&T Lofts is a 164-unit multifamily tax credit development with 15,000 sq. ft. of 1st floor commercial space.  Amenities include Direct Access to Skywalk & Garage Parking, City View Rooftop Courtyard, Pet Friendly Community + Dog Park, Community Room Featuring Free Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard & Pool, 24/7 Fitness Center, and Coffee Bar.

Essential Duties:

• Perform general punch requirements
• Grounds and equipment upkeep
• Snow removal
• Basic service requests such as: Replacing lightbulbs/light kits, Unclogging toilets, Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
• Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
• Must be committed to delivering excellent customer service to our residents
• Maintain work order systems, logs, and other records as needed in OneSite/ RealPage property management software
• Timely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries
• On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service

• Previous experience in Property Maintenance 
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check 
• EPA and HVAC Certifications preferred
• Must have strongly developed intuition; must be able to analyze problems and find solutions
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of Schematic Drawings 
• Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
