Position Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Remote (Chicago/Detroit/Atlanta)

Potential Earnings: $125,000 to $140,000 dependent on experience


Position Summary: The Key Account Manager will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers.  They will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.  The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing and product development) to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities Include:

      

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts while being primary point of   contact for the assigned accounts
  • Address client concerns and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to grow the key account’s business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery that aligns with customer expectations
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and forecasts
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to key clients’ needs, drive revenue   and maintain long-term   relationships
  • Facilitate communication between the key account and the company to manage any issue that may arise
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams to help refine product/service offerings
  • Must be flexible and agile to support Lenze business needs and mission and may be assigned projects and/or other duties outside of normal job   functions to meet the needs and demands of the business



Requirements

 

Qualifications include:

  

  • A technical degree is preferred (BSEE, BSME, Computer Science, Physics) or equivalent industry experience of 5+ years. 
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing workload efficiently
  • Strong negotiation and   problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • High levels of initiative and motivation
  • Adaptability and quick learning 
  • Travel up to 50% is required
