The Clinical Engagement Manager is responsible for leading a team of Clinical Specialist’s in their defined Region. This includes building and executing clinical engagement strategies, in direct partnership with the sales team, that drive product adoption and enhance patient outcomes across key hospital accounts, particularly Level I and II trauma centers. Reporting directly to the RVP and collaborating with the Area Vice President (AVP), this role manages all clinical engagements within the region and provides strategic guidance to a team of Clinical Specialists. The Clinical Engagement Manager serves as the clinical expert, leveraging Kreg’s internal resource library to support hospitals in developing and optimizing their clinical programs through customized protocols, policies, inclusion criteria, and ordering processes.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Strategy Execution: Develop and implement regional clinical strategies in partnership with the RVP and  AVP to drive product adoption, increase utilization, and align with the      regional sales plan.
  • Project Management of Clinical Engagements: Oversee project management of all clinical engagements and resources, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and managing timelines, and goals effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance and support to team of Clinical Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving clinical and sales objectives through effective clinical strategy, new hire on-boarding, and      continued education.
  • Clinical Resource Utilization: Act as the clinical expert by utilizing Kreg’s library of resources to assist hospitals in enhancing their programs, including support for protocols, policies, inclusion criteria, and streamlined ordering processes.
  • Hospital Program Enhancement: Partner with hospital staff to help them develop and optimize programs by integrating Kreg’s products into their protocols and policies, aiming to improve clinical practices and patient care.
  • Account Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clinical leaders and key stakeholders within strategic accounts to drive long-term product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Oversee data collection on clinical engagements, generating insights on client satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and usage that support continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that clinical  strategies are fully supported, and customer needs are addressed.
  • Clinical Education: Supervise the delivery of educational sessions, product demonstrations, and clinical  support to multidisciplinary teams, focusing on the clinical value of Kreg’s Vertical Bed technology and Bariatric beds.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform strategic adjustments and strengthen Kreg’s market position.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in clinical project management, clinical education, or related roles, ideally within ICU or trauma care settings.
  • Clinical Background: Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), or Physical Therapist (PT) preferred, with a strong background in patient care, clinical education, and new program development.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of aligning team goals to organizational strategy.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: This role requires up to 50% travel within the region.
