Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Integration Administrator to manage the integration and automation of various systems within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow, validation, reconciliation, and connectivity between platforms and across business units. This role involves managing APIs, middleware, automation tools, ETL processes, batch scheduling, data validation to optimize workflows and enhance technical efficiency. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with experience in system and data integration, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities 

  • System Integration: Design, implement, and manage the integration of systems within the IT environment, ensuring smooth data flow and system communication.
  • API and Middleware Management: Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot APIs and middleware to facilitate data exchange between different applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, and financial systems), including tools such as SmartConnect, e-Connect, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • ETL Process Management: Use ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across diverse systems, ensuring data consistency, quality, and readiness for business use.
  • Integration Map Building: Create and maintain integration maps to define data flows and relationships between connected systems, ensuring clarity and consistency in how data is exchanged across platforms.
  • Code Development for System Connectivity: Develop and maintain custom code and scripts required to connect various systems, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange tailored to the specific needs of the business.
  • Batch Scheduling and Job Management: Utilize scheduling and batch processing tools like Postmaster and Automic to automate and schedule data integrations and workflows across systems.
  • Data Flow Validation and Reconciliation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating and reconciling data across integrated systems. Monitor data transfers for discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and implement reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Data Flow Management: Ensure the accurate and timely flow of data across platforms, identifying and resolving any integration issues or data discrepancies.
  • Automation of Workflows: Identify opportunities for automation between systems and develop solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual data handling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and data governance teams, to understand integration needs and provide customized solutions that meet business requirements. 
  • Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain integration documentation, workflows, and best practices. Ensure integration solutions comply with company policies, data security, and industry regulation.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in system integration, API management, or middleware administration in an Enterprise environment.
  • Integration Platforms and Tools: Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Microsoft Power Automate; familiarity with middleware tools like SmartConnect and e-Connect.
  • ETL Processes and Tools: Proficiency in ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory, with strong ETL process management skills to ensure consistent data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Database and Reporting: Solid understanding of SQL database structures and experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to support data integration reports and analytics.
  • Scheduling and Automation: Familiarity with batch scheduling and job automation tools, such as Postmaster and Automic.
  • Coding and Integration Mapping: Skilled in building integration maps and developing custom code or scripts to connect systems securely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis for integration and data flow issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and data governance.
