The Senior Media Producer leads the management of a wide range of multimedia projects, from 2D and 3D motion graphics, animation and live-shot content, and post-production editorial, to management of on-screen media content for live productions.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing and allocating resources to new video and media projects
· Generating production timelines and managing communication between all team members involved
· Maintaining budget to ensure returns of the required margins
· Communicating directly with clients on concepting and approach for visuals
· Acting as an event liaison onsite between media server tech team and internal crew
· Working closely with creative department to activate and drive messaging and visuals that reflect the client’s branding and style
· Driving the client review process, making sure projects keep on schedule
· Providing recommendations to streamline or enhance production capabilities
· Remaining up-to-date on latest editing and production skills and trends, including motion graphics and animation
· Locating and licensing appropriate b-roll and music
· Ensuring vendors and freelancers are set up in the accounting system and maintaining detailed records of project expenditures, working with the finance department to submit all POs and invoices
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 8 years minimum experience in producing video and media projects
· General understanding of media servers and process
· Strong project management skills
· Advanced organization and attention to detail with regards to media management and file structure
· Familiarity with video sets and team member roles
· Familiarity with professional video production procedures, techniques, practices, and terminology
· Self-starter, multi-tasker with excellent time management skills
· Solid understanding of business software applications, including MS Office Suite, Keynote, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and other basic software
· General understanding of Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects

· Capability and capacity to organize and prioritize, handling multiple accounts/projects in a dynamic environment
· Proactive approach in anticipating and handling assignments and potential conflicts
· Ability to work flexible hours, extended hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends
· Ability to work remotely and travel significantly
Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:
Employee required to spend a portion of time remaining in a seated position looking at a computer screen. Employee required to do some standing and walking. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
