Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly-skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze internal and external complex data sets to provide insights that support business decisions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop dashboards and reports, and offer recommendations for improved business performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience with finance and call center operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and relate to customers.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Current industry certification (e.g., CBIP, GBIPC, Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable Management in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of financial systems or commercial accounting.
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Experience developing dashboards for various business groups, such as operations and finance.

Reporting to This Position: None

Salary Range: $75,000 - $125,000
