Job Description:
As a Culinary Extern, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, working under the guidance of our experienced culinary professionals. You will rotate through various kitchen stations, gaining exposure to a wide array of cooking techniques, cuisines, and service styles. Our externship program is designed to complement your culinary education with practical, hands-on experience in a high-end setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation and production across different kitchen stations
- Learn and apply a variety of cooking techniques and skills
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in special events, banquets, and private dining services
- Receive feedback and guidance from senior chefs to improve and refine your culinary skills
