Brothers Dental and Implants is looking for a friendly and motivated front office coordinator to join their team. The front office coordinator play an essential role in our patients' experience as well as the productivity of the office. The primary role of the front office coordinator is to greet and check in patients, maintain schedules, collect co-pays, and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for all patients.
This position will report to the Office Manager. The hourly salary range for this position is $25-$29 per hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Greet and check in all patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
- Gain financial commitment from patients and collect co-payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies.
- Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the office manager.
Schedule:
Part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-5pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- 1 year dental office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Open Dental experience a plus
