Description
  • Build strong rapport with customers to recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Forge and nurture key client relationships, adeptly negotiating and sealing deals.
  • Craft comprehensive and precise sales proposals that seamlessly transition to the installation team, incorporating videos, photos, drawings, material lists, and detailed specifications.
  • Instill confidence in buyers through the provision of thorough and accurate information about our products and their pricing.
  • Ignite enthusiasm for Go Green among potential customers, encouraging them to become advocates for our brand.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of your market area, understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of ambitious sales strategies and suggest potential areas for expansion.
  • Ensure consistent communication with field staff, the installation manager, and the installation coordinator before, during, and after project completion.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to completed projects for walk-throughs with customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and providing further education on our services.
  • Actively engage in networking groups to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
  • IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
  • Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record, as site visits are an integral part of the job.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest industry standards and costing methods.
