Job Title: Part-Time Event Ambassador/Appointment Setter
Location: Onsite, Middle TN and Southern KY metro areas

Summary:
We are seeking a confident, outgoing, welcoming individual to represent us at events in the Middle TN and Southern KY area. This role will be part of the Event Marketing team. The Event Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for potential Pella Customers at local events. The ideal candidate will have a desire to be a product expert, provide enthusiastic customer service, and have basic tech skills.
Essential Duties:
- 1-3 day flexible work week primarily on the weekends.
- Display and/or demonstrate products in the field, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products with the goal of setting appointments for in-home demonstration.
- Maintains a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers to ensure smooth event execution and maximum lead flow.
- On-site setup, event flow, and teardown, handling any issues that arise.
- Capture and report event data, including lead generation and attendee feedback.
- Ensure compliance with event regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability for travel within Middle TN and Southern KY up to 80%.
- Proven experience in brand ambassador and/or lead generation, preferably in trade shows or the home improvement industry.
- A high level of confidence, energy, and world class customer service. Strong communication skills.
- Prolonged period of standing, as well as ability to lift up to 40 lbs at times. Comfortable with basic event setup and teardown including a 10x10 tent.
- Utilization of a personal vehicle for travel within the service territory.
