Description
In this job, the team member will provide accurate application of agronomy products according to customer specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate custom application of agronomy products
- Efficiently operate application equipment
- Complete all related paper work in a timely manner
- Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations
- Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores
- Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor
- Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
- Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS
- Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management
Requirements
- Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Maintain air brake endorsement with class B CDL.
- Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
- Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines
- Maintain commercial applicators license
- One year relevant experience or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job.
Salary Description
$50,000 - $70,000 annual
