Director Technical Services
Fully Remote Offsite
Description

Director of Technical Services

We are Suttons Creek, a fully remote consultancy that supports the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries in bringing life-saving therapies to patients faster. We work with companies all over the world and are looking for highly motivated people that want to contribute to making an impact in peoples’ lives.

We have a unique (and honestly, amazing) position available that I think warrants more explanation than a job posting can provide. Does the bureaucracy of large companies get to you? Does the 3 year project lifecycle get tiresome or boring? Have you hit a ceiling and want a new challenge? Have you thought of consulting but want the stability of a full-time role? This role helps with all of these.

The position, currently titled Director, Technical Services, is involved in executive leadership, technical strategy, supporting business development determining client needs, building teams (direct reports and project teams), and occasionally getting our hands dirty helping solve problems directly consulting with clients in the combination product space. We work with companies big and small focused largely on the drug delivery space.

We are looking for strong combination product expertise (Reg or Quality/Development) and someone who wants to build their name in the industry while operating at a business leadership level. Having been in this role in the past, believe me that this is the fastest way to accelerate your knowledge, leadership skills, and career. You would be working with dozens of clients and projects every year with the support of what I sincerely feel is the best team in the industry.
