The Role:

We are looking for a driven Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah! You will work closely with our partner companies providing onboarding and HR support for our locations. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives and help build strong organizational culture while being an advocate for our employees in the workplace. This role will primarily provide internal HR support and own the new hire onboarding and retention processes. The HR Specialist has responsibilities for onboarding, retention, policy interpretation and application, HRIS maintenance and local administrative support. 


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years in Human Resources or similar experience required.
  • Experience in residential home services or similar industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally to multiple sites and work on-site
  • Multi- site experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in a changing environment.
  • Detail oriented and strongly committed to achieving excellence.
  • Exemplary ethics and integrity to maintain confidential information.
  • Success in fast-paced environments working independently and on a team.
  • High sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player.
  • Proficient in Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
