Job Summary- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management, with a proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of project scopes and objectives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project updates.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical team.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Identify and address team training and development needs.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Solution Design:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation to support solution design.
Implementation Support:
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Data Loader).
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are preferred.
