What you’ll be working on:


Event Management (80%)


-Planning and Scheduling:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of events, including center and community events, career fairs, conferences, and webinars, to drive awareness and client and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align event concepts with objectives.

-Vendor Management and Logistics:

  • Oversee event logistics, including venue, entertainment and food selection and coordination.
  • Collaborate with center leadership to manage budgets, supplies, and ensure team readiness.

-Collateral Development:

  • Work closely with designers and the marketing manager to create engaging print materials, swag/promo items, and digital content aligned with brand standards and objectives.
  • Manage entire production process for print materials, swag/promo items, and other collateral, from ideation to distribution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

-Marketing and Promotion:

  • Strategically promote events across online and offline channels, including social media, local media outlets, and targeted event listing platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create and share compelling event recap posts on social media to showcase event highlights, and build awareness and engagement.

-Project Management:

  • Ensure timely completion of projects and advertising campaigns, managing project timelines and deliverables using Click-up project management system.
  • Oversee post-event management, to gather leads, event photography and videography.

-Liaising:

  • Liaise with agencies, designers, and writers for creative development and campaign execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

-Analytics and Optimizations:

  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze KPIs to measure success, and identify areas for improvement, with the support of marketing leadership.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


Additional Support (20%)

  • Email Marketing Assistance: Provide support in developing and managing email campaigns through ActiveCampaign.
  • Swag Management: Oversee company swag/promo items, including inventory and distribution.
  • Communication Coordination: Handle email requests from centers and manage contacts.
  • Marketing Expense Reporting: Manage and report on event related marketing expenses.
  • Survey and Feedback Handling: Review requests and manage surveys.
  • Media Management: Oversee collection and management of photos and videos from centers.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business); Associates degree accepted
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Coordination, Project Management or Marketing Support
  • Occasional travel required
  • Experience supporting both Offline and Online Marketing Campaigns
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications

Preferred (but not required!):

  • Background in Healthcare or Education/children-related fields
  • Familiarity with project management tools, like Click-up and email marketing platforms, such as ActiveCampaign
  • Experience with WordPress, or similar CMS, and basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of online review sites and social media platforms
