OD Resource Group is seeking a HR Recruitment Specialist II to provide expert recruitment and staffing services on a full range of staffing and internal placement activities, assisting ODT in carrying out their authority to staff personnel.


Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • The HR Recruitment Specialist II will provide support for HR programs, which requires knowledge of federal HR operations, procedures, and requirements. 
  • This role will perform tasks in any area of HR, including file/records, staffing, and recruitment. 

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires you to obtain an FDA clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.

Compensation:  

  • The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration: contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of ODRG's total compensation package for employees. It is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee. The pay band for this position is $90 - 110k


Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 Years of related recruiting experience
  • Must be currently DEU (Delegated Examining) Certified & Certificate is Required
