Primary Care/ Family Physician
COMPENSATION: $240,000-275,000 Plus 10% bonus
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.
Role:
• Compensation: $240-$270k + Bonus, up to 10% of base salary
• Position: Primary Care Physician
• Full primary care – acute, physicals, chronic disease management and coaching, well women’s visits
• Will collaborate with one new NP
• No occupational medicine
• Clinic back up support staff: 3-NP’s, 4-MA’s,
• Labs on site
• Dispensary on site
• Hours: Mon. 7-4, Tues. 9-6, Wed. 7-4, Thurs. 9-6, Fri. 7-4
• No Call
• Patient Volume: 10-12 a day
• Annual visits 60 min follow up visits 30 min
• Patient demographics: 50/50 Men/Women. 10% or less children starting age 2

• Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Active DEA
- Clear/ Active License in state of employment
- Residency Trained IM/FM or IM-Ped’s
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Preferred experience (willing to see a new grad)
