Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and prepares closing instructions for department loans.
• Reviews and prepares all closing disclosures.
• Maintain all files in Encompass are accurate for reporting for management.

Position Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of American National Bank and Investor regulations regarding funding of loans.
• Ability to read and understand mortgage documents.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare related reports.
• Ability to use all office machines and proficiency in computer programs.
• Accuracy in funding loan of utmost importance.
• Ability to communicate with title company personnel, agents, builders, and Bank personnel.
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage lending requirements regarding legal matters, funding restrictions, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure, time management, attention to detail and work closely with other employees.
• A minimum of one year mortgage closing experience. 
• Perform all other duties as assigned and requested by Supervisor.
