In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the Professional Services team, ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system. This position combines your technical expertise and client-focused approach to drive meaningful outcomes for community banks. We currently have two positions available: one focused on supporting the Loan application system and the other dedicated to supporting the GoBanking (mobile banking) application. This position will be located in the corporate office in Hutchinson, KS or remote, based on the location of the candidate.
What You'll Do:
Key responsibilities include:
Bank Conversions:
- Collect and prepare data from new client banks for system conversion.
- Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data.
- Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks.
Customer Support & Product Development:
- Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems.
- Provide back-up support for customer inquiries and concerns regarding DCI applications.
Bank Consulting & Operational Audits:
- Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks.
- Document findings and recommend actionable solutions.
- Implement or assist with recommended actions for clients.
What Will Help You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of experience in the financial industry.
- Familiarity with bank compliance regulations.
- Advanced skills in financial computing, Microsoft Office applications, and Oracle databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills.
A Day in the Life

You’ll travel to the bank’s location to deliver training and ensure seamless system functionality.
