About the Position and Our Team
Are you ready to apply your campaign creation and execution expertise to drive revenue growth at a fast-growing technology and services company? We’re looking for a Campaigns Marketing Manager to work closely with our Channel Partner and Client Success teams to grow both expansion and net new revenue. This role is focused on building new campaigns to drive deals for both client success and sales to fuel growth. You’re the right campaigns marketer for this role if you know how to build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders, are passionate about delighting customers, and are an avid builder of new communications, processes, and programs. You will leverage your marketing campaign know-how to work with Client Success to create a delightful experience for customers at any touch point and increase customer loyalty, satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, and help our Channel team develop its evolving partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Channel Partner team to create and execute a Channel Partner marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Work directly with our Partners to develop co-marketing campaigns to drive deal creation and grow revenue across our suite of products and services.
- In partnership with Client Success, identify cross-sell and upsell revenue driving opportunities to create and manage programs/campaigns.
- Develop and launch an ongoing customer communications plan in collaboration with Client Success.
- Identify customer advocacy opportunities including testimonials, case studies, reviews, speaking opportunities, etc..
- Deepen relationships with customers by engaging with them regularly through campaigns, programs, and events.
- Effectively communicate partners’ value to TransImpact’s clientele.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to develop customer database hygiene and subscriber preferences.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to inform campaign content and improve KPIs including click-thru, reply, signup and conversion rates.
- Establish program and campaign measurement, reporting metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Create and manage operational standards such as templates and checklists for all projects.
- Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 3+ years B2B SaaS/technology campaign marketing experience
- Successfully built scalable marketing programs including campaigns and events
- Ability to manage and report on marketing programs’ performance
- Knowledge and technical aptitude for marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with bias for data-driven decision-making
- Inquisitive, flexible, and strong collaborator who partners with stakeholders to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent writing and communication skills to craft persona-based messaging and outreach scripts
- Self-starter, curious to learn, and ability to pick things up quickly and make them your own
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
