THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO BE WITHIN THE LOCAL GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF PACIFIC, WA. THE POSITION IS HYBRID AND REQUIRES REGULAR ON SITE ATTENDANCE.

The Production Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Category Management functions and responsibilities. The position will be responsible for receiving, organizing, managing and shipping product samples, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with and supporting internal team & cross-functional partner’s product development needs.

The role entails category management support (managing incoming samples, maintaining records, evaluation of SKU's, etc), factory communication (communicates with factories overseas throughout development process), calendar management (maintains production calendar, tracks/forwards all product submissions to appropriate party), general administrative support and sales support.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• 2+ years of product development or sales support work experience preferred
• Knowledge of Airtable, NetSuite, Monday.com and Salsify
