If you are an ambitious self-starter, with previous retail experience, looking for your first supervisory experience then this is the perfect role for you.
Key Holders are a supporting member of our management team. They are responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. They also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures. This position is a great first step in growing your leadership skills for a future career in management. The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience. All applicants must be available to work a combination of opening/closing shifts and weekends.

Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:
- The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- A High school diploma or GED.
Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and
standing/walking for the entire shift)
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
