POSITION BRIEF:

SRS Real Estate Partners has a full-time opportunity to support our Debt and Equity team with excellent growth potential in the highly competitive commercial real estate industry. We are a fast-paced real estate firm located in Dallas, TX, but working on transactions all over the US. Our team focuses on investment sales of income producing properties nationwide.


The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and meticulously organized to help our team implement our vision. This position will be responsible for assisting the Debt and Equity Team. The key focus areas will be collecting data, preparing and initiating proposals, tracking the lending process, and supporting closings. You will be responsible for overseeing the Debt and Equity Team’s deal flow pipeline and coordinating meetings with associated parties of each transaction as necessary.


· Administrative tasks associated with deal transactions

· Coordinates with lenders, clients and vendors to prepare all documentation for closing

· Serve as the point of contact for the client to support pre-closing processes

· Ensure all loan packages are complete 

· Inputs and maintains all required transaction and processing records

· Responds to inquiries 

· Have the ability to proactively and creatively evaluate and improve current processes

· Perform market research and analysis 

· Assist with maintaining company databases and files

· Perform special projects as needed

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

· Real Estate and/or Finance background preferred

· Real Estate transaction coordinator or escrow assistant experience highly valued

· Desire to learn and take ownership of the position

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Passionate about quality and accuracy

· Strong computer skills including proficiency with Word and Excel

· Ability to reach out to existing clients requesting more information and following up with current transactions

· High integrity and a strong work ethic

· Effective at multi-tasking and quickly prioritizing in a fast-paced and professional work environment

· Ability to work through frequent changes effectively and professionally, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

· Strong presentation skills

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 

· Interact effectively with all levels of the organization and the client 

· Flexible work schedule will be considered
