Job Summary
The Contribution Analyst II monitors ineligible contribution files and posts results to the Relius platform in accordance with internal PCS protocols. Works with internal and external customers to resolve account issues and provides concise resolutions. Provides support to the Contributions team with various projects as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors incoming contribution requests and reviews within 24 hours. Evaluate requests, ensure required documentation is provided, determine necessary processing, and communicate required action accordingly within strict timeframe.
- Monitors all incoming payroll feeds from external vendors.
- Responsible for all incoming cash across all platforms.
- Oversees pending contribution files on the system.
- Monitors ineligible participant contributions and posting errors.
- Process payroll and contribution corrections for both internal and external errors. Evaluate each individual scenario and determine appropriate course of action based upon various factors. Process from start to finish based upon predetermined methodology and ensure completion within strict timeframe.
- Manages escalated requests from both internal and external customers. Evaluate each individual scenario and prioritize tasks to guarantee timely resolution.
- Contact internal customers to resolve account issues and provide concise written and/or oral communication regarding corrective action taken.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 year of experience working with retirement plans or within the finance industry preferred
- Relius experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel
- Self-Starter, highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Proven ability to work in high pressure environment with time sensitive deadlines
- Possesses the ability to display a range of characteristics, including calmness under pressure, motivation to learn, a positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Possesses a strong attention to detail

Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be between $35,000 and $60,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
