Position Purpose/Summary
The general purpose of this position is to attend to the front desk responsibilities which include answering phone, greeting clients, completing administrative projects, and any other administrative responsibilities assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Answer incoming phone calls, forward call, and take messages if necessary.
· Greet all incoming clients; including getting drinks, hanging coats, gathering information, and any additional outstanding customer service.
· Assist with all correspondence and scheduling including; faxing, client support, conference room usage and misc. mail.
· Call for courier service, building and equipment maintenance as necessary.
· Support team members as needed including; scheduling appointments, setting up conference rooms, etc.
· Open/close office; Turn on lights, make coffee, lock up, etc.
· Assist administration management with various projects and assignments.
· Type various correspondences, copy, assemble, prepare overnights, etc.
· Maintain lobby, lunchroom, and other common areas as necessary
Position Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent degree
· 2+ years of experience
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to follow instructions
· Ability to manage time effectively
