Description

To develop trust with Nuvem’s key client relationships and operations. This position plays a fundamental role in fulfilling key clients’ 340B program needs, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, maximizing utilization of Nuvem’s suite of services, and fostering strong client partnerships for growth and retention.


This role requires a deep understanding of the 340B program, and a proven track record in account management

  • Develop, build, and maintain trusting relationships with key clients participating in the 340B program.
  • Serve as main point of contact for key accounts, supporting strategic discussions, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
  • Identify and maximize revenue and profitability opportunities to expand the 340B program and maximize utilization of Nuvem services.
  • Suggest supportive, innovative strategies to help achieve business goals.
  • Full-scale understanding of client account information, including but not limited to, revenue, profitability, growth, specific program needs, with ability to assess and create strategic initiatives and long-term planning goals.
  • Assimilation and application of new information pertaining to department and company objectives.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, communicating and escalating where necessary for resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement strategic account plans that align with client business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding scope of services.
  • Proactively monitor and assess client satisfaction, addressing issues promptly to ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Preparation of business reporting and communication for senior leadership, as needed.
  • Assignment of additional duties as needed. Functions and additional requirements may be subject to change to best support business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the 340B program, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of 340B program rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, retaining, and growing client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, cooperation, interactive and consultative abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to troubleshoot client concerns and provide support when necessary.
  • Agile mentality with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with good problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Motivated and driven to take projects from start to finish with limited supervision or direction.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive customer success.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to industry events, client locations, and Nuvem offices.
