WORK PART-TIME AND RECEIVE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
Cooperative students will perform various operational or technical tasks while learning through the on-the-job training on our manufacturing floor.
Essential Job Functions:
· Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of production tasks.
· Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
· Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may arise.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all team members
· Work in various departments as needed.
· Learn manufacturing process while maintaining quality standards.
Required Abilities/Skills:
· Ability to work within a manufacturing environment.
· Effectively follow directions and operating procedures.
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Education/Experience:
· Work to be of non-skill nature requiring no special training.
*Enrollment in high school, cyber-school or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
· Must be able to lift 25 pounds or less
