Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network (Her PLAN) seeks an energetic leader eager to recruit charities, ministries and businesses to be a part of the solution for pregnant and parenting moms in crisis. The Recruitment Manager will lead a team of 6-8 individuals tasked with rapid growth of the Her PLAN Directory (directory.herplan.org). The Directory is a platform for finding life-affirming assistance providers across seven categories of care that address the reasons women resort to abortion. The Her PLAN directory is published in in 29 states with full-time community coordinators in 10 states.
This is a full-time position and required to work in the office M-F.
Essential Functions
- Lead a team of 6-8 employees who are responsible for selling providers on being listed in the Her PLAN Directory (at no cost to them).
- Execute sales action plans with your team. These plans will include goals for each member of your team, and you will work closely with them to ensure they meet the goals.
- Maintain technical knowledge by staying up to date and keeping your team up to date with training on new features in our custom online software and HubSpot.
- Play a key leadership role on the Directory Division Leadership Team to collaborate on techniques and standards needed to grow the Directory.
- Promote the Directory at conferences across the country.
- Maintain data integrity through recruitment and Data Management processes.
- Communicate with users of the Directory to ensure their satisfaction with our product.

- Experience supervising teams and providing programmatic oversight.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
Travel
Travel may be required to attend conferences.

Position Type/Expected Hours
This position is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises a team of Directory Recruiters (who are currently a hybrid remote/in-person team.)
