Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network (Her PLAN) is a project of the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund that strengthens and grows the pro-life safety net. The project works across seven categories of care that encompass assistance to address the reasons women resort to abortion. The program currently offers resource directories in 29 states and full-time community coordinators in 10 states.
A critical component of Her PLAN is the Directory Division. The Directory team works to encourage providers to list their organizations, create accounts, and use the Her PLAN Directory as a referral tool.
Essential Functions
- Lead a team of 6-8 remote employees to:
- Recruit providers to be listed in the Her PLAN Directory
- Recruit individuals to create accounts in the directory and use the directory to serve women in need
- Maintain a clean, up to date directory that serves our users well
- Participate on the Directory Division Leadership Team to collaborate on work related to Provider Listings, Account Holders/Users of the Directory and promoting/marketing the Directory for growth in both categories.
- Analyze and make improvements to processes to ensure 1) successful recruitment of providers, and 2) a high rate of providers completing the compliance steps necessary for Directory listing.
- Master use of customer relationship management (CRM) software and Her PLAN’s internal database software. Train staff on these tools and use these databases and Excel spreadsheets to track and report progress.
- Work closely with the Her PLAN compliance team to ensure potential directory entries meet our criteria to be a life affirming and safe option for referral.
- Focus on data integrity through the development of Data Management processes.
- Clearly communicate progress, challenges and successes within the SBA team.
- Demonstrate Her PLAN/SBA culture in all interactions with staff and providers.

- Previous data entry, phone call management and general office experience.
- Must be pro-life.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to utilize spreadsheets and understanding of time studies and step processes.
- Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar applications preferred but will train.
- Solid sales, data analyst, customer service or similar background.
- Strong knowledge of technology platforms including Microsoft Office products (including MS Teams).
- Experience supervising teams and providing programmatic oversight.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Directory Analysts (who are currently part-time, fully remote employees.)
Work Environment
This position may be remote, but candidates within driving distance of our Arlington, VA office preferred. This job operates in a professional office environment, even when working via video conferencing. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.
Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.
May be required to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours
This position is a full-time position. Hours of the work are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
Travel
Travel may be required to attend conferences. If remote, travel to the Arlington, VA office is required a minimum of 3 times per year.
