Role and Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of document review projects, including scope definition, team coordination, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 
• Lead large scale eDiscovery projects leveraging significant client-facing experience to build trust and deliver results. 
• Administer and optimize document review workflows using Relativity and other industry-standard tools (certifications preferred). 
• Harness Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and generative AI tools to drive efficiency. 
• Analyze data sets to reduce volumes and structure information for efficient review processes. 
• Collaborate with clients to synthesize complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights. 
• Provide exceptional issue-spotting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for dynamic project challenges. 
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools to facilitate collaboration and reporting. 
• Uphold a standard of excellence, consistently exceeding client expectations through dedication and innovation. 

• 5+ years of experience managing document review projects 
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery or a similar capacity 
• Proficiency in Relativity and other document review databases (certifications preferred). 
• Experience with TAR, machine learning tools, and crafting prompts for generative AI solutions. 
• Familiarity with Reveal AI and/or Brainspace to reduce and organize data for review. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. 
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Preferred Requirements:  

• JD and Active Bar License in any US Jurisdiction 
• Relativity or other platform Certifications 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
