The Portfolio Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies that position and promote the company’s portfolio of products and solutions as a cohesive, high-value offering. This role is critical in driving awareness of our offerings and supporting business growth. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to craft compelling portfolio messaging, execute go-to-market strategies, and align marketing efforts across multiple products. This role will collaborate closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and maximize the portfolio’s impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of offerings, including new and upcoming technology products and features.
- Create and refine portfolio-level messaging and positioning that differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans and marketing efforts across products.
- Develop and maintain marketing content and sales tools, including web pages, fact sheets, presentations, and promotional content in collaboration with Marketing’s internal creative team.
- Drive and support marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and consideration.
- Collaborate with partners to enable internal teams to effectively sell and deliver products and features.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of portfolio marketing efforts.
Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years proven experience in product or portfolio marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation tools, ABM platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting marketing materials
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the learning and development or human resources industry is a plus
