We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing & SEO Sr. Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive growth. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and data analytics to optimize our digital content efforts and ensure successful outcomes.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, web analytics, or a related digital marketing field.
- Experience leading SEO or analytics projects and managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Proven track record of driving successful SEO and SEM.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and social media platforms (Sprout or Hootsuite).
- Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with content, web development, and design teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly present data, especially in visual form, to colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Awesome:
- Experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience in content optimization for search intent, improving user engagement and ranking.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, and CMS (preferably OrchardCore) web development.
- SEO certifications (e.g., from SEMrush, Moz, or Yoast), Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager certifications Education, experience and/or certification in data visualization, data analytics or programming (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Experience with association audiences and content, especially in the HR space.
At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, based on your ability to provide the skills asked of an ideal candidate, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 7.5% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
