What You'll Be Doing

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

• Create brand assets and develop marketing and support materials for campaigns, retail placement, trade shows, and more.
• Format and prepare projects for print, collaborating with printers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Edit existing designs and layouts with updated copy or images.
• Organize and maintain the company’s photo and production file library.
• Conduct photography, photo editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Produce videography and video editing projects.
• Create illustrations that complement campaigns and branding.

Web Development and Email Design

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing web pages optimized for SEO and functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to update website content, including product details, images, and videos.
• Assist with website maintenance, troubleshooting, and UX improvements.
• Design email templates for targeted and broad-based communications.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Experience designing within brand guidelines to produce cohesive assets.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and lighting.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience maintaining and developing WordPress websites.
• Strong communication and writing skills, including proofreading and editing.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and Elementor (or similar page builders).
• Experience with Git and IDEs like Visual Studio Code.
• Basic understanding of Apache, Nginx, or other web servers.
