Fairway Lawns is looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns.
• Define audience targeting, keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with brand goals.
• Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages for optimization.
• Manage budgets and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Monitor competitor campaigns to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with agencies, SEO, and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts.

• 2-4 years of experience in paid search and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferred).
• Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification (a plus).
