Description

NCCER is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to take our digital marketing capabilities to the next level. This role will lead a small team and work with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Plan and guide execution of all inbound and outbound digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, organic and paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Oversee ongoing growth of our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Optimize paths through the marketing and sales funnel using top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel techniques
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience in the Marketing industry
- Proven work experience managing a digital marketing team, campaigns, workflow, measurement, reporting and optimization
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database growth, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce.com or similar)
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and targeted paid social media campaigns on all pertinent platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Insta), LinkedIn, Twitter(X), TikTok
- Familiarity with web design
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
