Position Overview: The Relationship Manager is integral in building and maintaining relationships with dealerships nationwide for Loan Programs. This role will be a key sales driver for the program and assist in onboarding processes.
What You Will Do:
- Assess and craft solutions for dealers based on unique dealer needs within the program framework
- Uncovers and presents additional opportunities that may complement Vibrant's current program offering
- Recognize and execute additional sales opportunities based on Vibrant's strategic goals
- Leverage existing partnerships to gain an entire business relationship
- Serve as the primary contact for the client and their needs
- Effectively engage and present in person and via video conference to large groups of clients
- Communicate cross-functionally between clients and Vibrant supporting departments
- Provides recommendations on product and program enhancements by eliciting feedback from the client network
- Compile and present data on production and sales opportunities to management regularly
- Responsible for maintaining documentation on dealership engagement interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Apply Vibrant's engagement philosophy to meet dealership-engagement service level agreements
- Maintain and exceed production to budget and activity goals
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Travel up to 50% of the year (5-10 business days a month)
- Associate’s degree required. Four-year degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 year's experience working in sales
- Prior experience working for a financial institution or credit union is desirable
- Experience with Fiserv DNA, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Suite
- Advanced knowledge of sales goals and strategies
- Working knowledge of competitive landscape, competitor technology, programs, offers, and pricing

Environmental and Physical Activity Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The daily responsibilities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, walking, finger dexterity, reaching, stooping, and grasping functions. The position also often requires reaching and lifting (up to 25 pounds). Frequent sitting, standing, and repetitive motion activities are also required. Must be able to read print and computer-based materials and to do so with consistent accuracy. Most of these functions require light physical exertion and are conducted indoors at controlled degrees of temperature.
