This position will support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce applications*. Support the service desk requests for access, break fix, and management of changes and enhancement requests. Proactively maintain upgrades to new releases, 3rd party apps, and integration with other YMCA applications or systems. Monitor, report and insure data integrity and security of the system. Work with the product owners and business stakeholders to continually improve the Salesforce products both technically as it relates to performance, security, reliability, and stability; and functionally by documenting, developing, and implementing new features that improve the product in ways that improve the business processes and customer experience.
* Salesforce applications include but are not limited to: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, connected applications (Zuora 360, Experian, Form Assembly, Netsuite…) and all other future application that are part of the YMCA of Central Florida’s Technology stack.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer a Salesforce organization, respond to common business requirements, and perform administrative functions using current Salesforce features.
- Administer Salesforce user setup, customer setup, user profiles, customer profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Administer Salesforce configuration of customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, workflows, and validation rules.
- Maintain and enforce Salesforce security, including managing data access, sharing rules, field-level security, and role hierarchies.
- Administer Zuora APIs, configurations, customizations, fields, workflows, data fixes, and sandboxes.
- Monitor all Salesforce licenses, maintain an appropriate # of licenses, purchase or reduce # based on need.
- Triage systems related service desk tickets assigned, update tickets, collaborate with IT Operations and Development Teams, and communicate to end user resolutions and time to resolve
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce releases, test application, connected apps, and interfaces prior to release go live.
- Perform regression testing on all changes to production prior to migration.
- Maintain a core Salesforce dashboards and create and train end users on reporting capabilities to ensure they work with application and database changes.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity through routine audits, de-duplication, and validation processes.
- Train users on Salesforce Membership Management and Online Communities, New Feature Release, Salesforce Reports and Dashboard.
- Clone, refresh, and configure Salesforce and other integrated system sandboxes for training, testing, and development.
- Create and maintain end-user guides, release notes, and support documentation.
- Develop appropriate automation solutions based on the capabilities of Salesforce Flows and Approvals.
- Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor and follow the Association’s current employee and member injury reporting procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by management
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business, communications or related field preferred.
- Working towards a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and obtain certification within one year of appointment.
- Relevant or related technical experience.
- Experience as an advanced Salesforce user.
- Skills required to capture and document: test scripts, business processes, system design, change management, and requirements.
- Technical and communication skills required to problem solve user issues and system problems.
- Knowledge of YMCA operations a plus.
- General understanding of relational databases, computer devices, data integration tools, and office applications, web and mobile applications.
- Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be willing to work an on-call schedule rotation as required.
- Must be willing to travel within Central Florida. Must have a valid Driver license. The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- The physical activities of this position include: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions. Talking is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels, with or without correction.
- Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time while demonstrating manual dexterity in order to accurately work on the phone, computer keyboard, and other equipment.
- The employee must be able to perform light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- The employee is required to have close visual acuity, along with the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading, or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
- Must possess auditory and verbal capabilities in order to adequately communicate via phone and in person.
- The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
