Client Manager – Long-Term Care (LTC) Division

This position is to join our Uniti Med team as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Division as a Client Manager with full onboarding & training provided in-house based in our Omaha, NE, office. This role will require sourcing new business and maintaining relationships with new and existing client partners.

The Opportunity: 

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (facilities, vendors, etc).
• Identify prospective facility partners and work towards getting contractual agreements in place.
• Demonstrate and present the GQR Uniti Med unique value proposition to key decision makers within new accounts to secure new business.
• Consultatively sell to clients through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand the talent pool. Match clinicians to open vacancies, screen submittal packets, and submit/present candidates to partners for review.
• This is a full-time, in-office position. Schedule based on manager discretion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.

What You Bring: 

• 3+ years of healthcare staffing experience preferred.
• A strong production history and proven track record of success with KPIs.
• A hunter's mindset: accountable, action-oriented, and results driven.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to meet weekly performance metrics (KPI’s) as determined by Division Leaders.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and clients.
• Communicate at a high level internally and externally to provide consistent customer service. 
• Strong working knowledge of Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Desire to achieve and celebrate success as a team and organization.
• Working knowledge of the nuances of our partner third-party VMS/MSP platforms is preferred.
