The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the resort grounds are groomed at all times.  They coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as  labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of  work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. In  addition, the Landscaping Supervisor guides and mentors field staff and assists  them in carrying out their duties. 

Education Required 

High school diploma or its equivalent; certificate or associate's degree could be helpful 

Training Required 

Long-term on-the-job experience
