ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment, CNC machine tools, and facilities equipment/projects.
- Performs mechanic skills and diagnosis of problems including, but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic applications and some electrical.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Detects faulty operations, defective material, and reports those along with any unusual situations to the proper supervision.
- Complies with safety regulations in all aspects of performing job responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Experience or working knowledge in the use of hand tools, power tools, manual mills/lathes, surface grinders, calipers, micrometers etc.
- Must have experience in reading and interpreting Ladder Logic
- Preferred experience with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley controls.
- Must possess the ability to work independently
- Must have good communication skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates on the manufacturing floor. Employee will be responsible for looking at all angles of parts in the machine and on pallets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must lift up to fifty (50) lbs. occasionally.
Hourly M-F – 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Overtime as needed
